“If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live?” - Moe Dorn
With 19 years of experience under his belt, trainer Moe Dorn is excited for the opportunity to develop a fitness or rehabilitation plan that works for you and your body. Moe recognized early in his education that every person’s body has different needs. He understands that everyone starts at a different base-line and because of this awareness, he is able to work confidently with a large demographic (from young children to older adults with health limitations), meeting each individual at his/her ability level and (with proper conditioning) raising the bar to improve his/her strength and flexibility.
Sports and exercise have always been a huge part of his life. Growing up in Massachusetts, he played soccer, hockey and baseball; later sharing his knowledge by coaching developmental little league, youth soccer, and squirt/pee wee ice hockey teams for 4+ years. Moe shares that his mother has been a tremendous influence on his choice to enter the world of fitness as a professional: “She taught aerobics classes and competed in body building competitions. Because I was entrenched in the fitness industry at a young age, it fueled my interest to care for my physical health as well as the importance of dedication, determination and drive to be the best I can be.” Her passion energized his passions to pay-it-forward by passing on his knowledge and motivation, so that others can reach their goals of optimal health and well-being! In addition to all of his accomplishments, we love his grit, positive attitude and laugh.
