Tanya shares that the in depth study of nutrition in college, is what changed her whole perspective on health and physical fitness. At age 16 "I was exercising and watching what I ate but I still didn't understand nutrition. I lost a lot of weight but was not eating a well balanced diet witch caused me to be tired all the time and anemic. I was eating to be thin not healthy…it later clicked that healthy nutritious food is more important than cutting as much fat and calories out.” Armed with the knowledge she has gained in nutriton and fitness, she is prepared to support you in acheiving your wellness goals. As a trainer she offers well-rounded workouts that focus on 3 major components: length, strength and cardio.
