Spring into Fitness: New Booking Policies, Packages and Schedules
Spring is one of our favorite seasons! It’s because change and progression are at the core of our programming philosophy; we know the best way to train the muscle is to alter the routine; this helps it to perform at its best. In the spirit of spring’s renewal we have made a few tweaks to a few things, all for the benefit of those who enjoy training at Progressive Fitness.
With the jump start for fitness season coming a bit later this year (March through May), there have been and will continue to be a lot of wonderful new faces in the groups training sessions. We want to be sure you are able to save a “spot” on your favorite days. To accommodate everyone during this transition, we have updated and will be utilizing our online registration system, with each session allowing for 10 participants. We strongly encourage you to go online and book your classes in advance. In case you have never tried, here is how it works:
1. Go to sdprogressivefitness.com
2. Click on the schedule section and go to “Register for classes”
3. Register with the MindBody Online system (purchase a package if necessary).
4. Review schedule, and book!
The system is user friendly and you can book your schedule up to a month in advance. Please note: if you choose to secure a spot for yourself and need to cancel you must do so 24 hours prior to the start of that group. You can always come in for a group training session if you have not signed up, being aware that there may not be space for you. Beginning April 1st, if you do not cancel 24 hours before the class, you will be billed at the drop in rate of $25.00.
Speaking of rates, we wanted to be sure everyone was aware of the 2 new pricing packages we’ve introduced; the 14 Day (4) Session package and the 30 Day (10) Session package! Either of these will benefit someone who enjoys group training, but whose schedule might not allow them to maximize a monthly commitment. See below for pricing, click on package to purchase:

These package options along with the monthly fitness commitment programs allow for advanced booking of group training sessions. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO START BOOKING IN ADVANCE

Keep in touch by viewing our website regularly to avoid coming in for a group training that is not scheduled. ***What we mean*** as a way to assist our trainers in maximizing their schedules, if a class shows no reservations 12 hours prior to the class, a trainer may not be scheduled for the following day. We ask that you continue to arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, allowing us to deliver the highest standard workout.
