Pilates
We take Pilates to the next level! This sequence of carefully performed moves is designed to stretch and strengthen, open joints, improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, coordination & tone. Our Pilates class focuses on core and alignment. This Pilates program will simultaneously synchronize breathe with movement to engage all the muscles of the deep abdominals. You will isolate your core muscles while sculpting the rest of your body. Reduce stress in a class designed for everyone that will strengthen, lengthen and redefine resulting in a lean body that feels long, light, lean & lifted.
Strength
Work all the muscles in your body in just under an hour! This class is specifically designed to strengthen, stretch, and sculpt your body. You will see impressive results as your body burns fat during the workout...AND when you’re not in class! This class utilizes the latest techniques to ensure safe and effective strength training to build muscular physique and give you the best workout you’ve ever had!
Fusion
We invite you to push yourself physically and mentally in a unique class that will challenge your assumptions about mind/body exercise. Fusion combines all the elements of Strength, Pilates, Yoga and Endurance training blended into one complete work out. Dynamic and Isometric movements ensure this class will challenge all of your muscles from as many different angles as possible. Build strength from the inside out and develop a deeper understanding of your body. You will see dynamic results delivered in an accelerated time!
D3 will challenge and amaze you
Our course is designed with ten stations and all of them are combined with fat melting cardio and upper and lower body strength. With agility and obstacle courses for speed and quickness, dumbells and straps for resistance training, mats and medicine balls for core and stability training and bosu balls for balance this course will have you wanting more! Studio Policies
All sessions are 55 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Prepaid sessions are transferable but not refundable. Any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged for the session. No Exceptions. Standing appointments will be cancelled after three missed appointments.
