Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYFLOW™ class isreleased every three months with new music and choreography. In 55 minutes you experience the zen of tai chi, the power and flow of yoga, intense core work for abdominal and back strength. Then we downshift for stretching to open the hips, spine and hamstrings. Each class ends with a meditation to restore. This is a well balanced work out. Also the music is amazing.
